Every order is unique, so reasons for cancellation or delay may vary. Reasons include, but are not limited to:
Type/quantity of items ordered (for example, fine jewelry or larger items)
The product is on backorder pending restock, or product discontinued
Your order is shipping to an alternate address
If any of these apply, we will contact you with more information. If information is needed and we are unable to reach you, your order may be canceled.
